As a CERTIFIED OPTIMA SOLUTIONS PROFESSIONAL LEAD, you will ensure the good performance of the products supplied by PPG in the Customer's production lines guaranteeing the supply of inputs and materials.

You will report to Optima Solutions Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory control and review to ensure coverage of materials at the customer's plant.
• Analyze information to resolve action plans.
• Improve value creation/value capture, proposes novel solutions based on the customers' needs.
• Work with technical and product management to ensure all new products introduced are thoroughly vetted, validated and the process mapped from an application perspective.
• Lead internal and external teams to achieve the final agreed product specifications.
• Support cost / process mapping and value propositions; help with ACTs for growth and cost reduction.
• Will work with local site teams to resolve complicated crisis situations for ongoing production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of previous work experience in Automotive Coatings in liquid paint, primers and clears.
• Engineering degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Fluent English.
