The QAE is responsible to ensure the accomplishment of customer standards, with the objective of strengthening our processes and achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsabilities:
Elaborate internal or external complaints according with the standard of customer to achieve the acomplishment in time and strength the process with efficient countermeasures.
Create & update customer complaints in masterweb to minimize the flow out risk & achieve customer satisfaction.
Read & understand the process control plans to establish countermeasures & strength our process.
Provide support & follow up to the implementation of new launches & engineering changes to assure the correct arrival to the customer facility.
Coordinate sorting activities in the customer facility to prevent the flow out of defects.
Create & update the customer & customer specific requirements to assure the correct accomplishment of the requirements.
REQUISITOS MINIMOS:
Bachelor degree.
English (intermediate).
3 years in automotive industry.
2 years in quality assurance or quality control.
IATF
Skills:
Core Tools.
SPC, CPK, PPK, CP.
Certified in quality systems (ISO, IATF).
Customer requirements.
Methodologies and problem solving skills (8D's 5 Why's, PDCA, Quality Tools)
Negotiation and communication skills.
