Located in Parque Industrial El Marqués, Querétaro.

We are in search of Process Engineer.

Profile:

• Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Plastics, Chemistry or similar.
• 2 years of experience in injection molding
• Skills: negotiation, customer service, problem solving.
• Knowledge in injection molding, blueprint interpretation, reading of hydraulic diagrams, general mechanics.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Expert Knowledge in injection molding process
• English advanced

Main Responsibilities:

• Set-up Injection molding machines and establish robust, repeatable processes
• Use strong problem solving skills to troubleshoot molds, machines, equipment, and processes
• Trouble shoot process issues in the lab as well as at customer sites
• Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements at the customer site   
• Provide start up support at customer site to ensure timely start of production
• Design and execute DOE to establish new processes and for R&D work
• Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products
• Develop and maintain process documentation
• Assist in the development of training and provide process training at the customer
• Other duties as requested, directed or assigned
• Use digital solutions and technologies to provide best process solutions for our customers.
