We are currently seeking a talented Automation and Controls Engineer to join our team. As an Automation and Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions for various industries, including manufacturing, automotive, energy, and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design control systems, and integrate automation solutions into existing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing automation systems
• Programming and configuring PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements
• Developing and executing test plans and procedures
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Conducting system integration and validation activities
• Providing technical support to clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Traveling to other facilities to implement the machines (Tlaxcala)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering or a related field

• Proven experience in automation and controls engineering
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and control system design
• Familiarity with HMI design and configuration
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus)
• Knowledge of electrical systems and circuit design
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English
