Maintenance Planner & Engineer
Objective
Management of improvement projects for sands Management and analysis of monthly costs of materials and inventory. Root cause analysis with partnership of Maintenance Leader.
Main Responsibilities
Attend and solve failures that occur in Control and automation equipment
Perform preventive maintenance routines required in Control and Automation systems to ensure maximum availability. Coordinate with other Maintenance Areas to provide corrective solutions to different problems that arise on the line.
Make modifications to the Software and/or Hardware of the equipment and Control and Automation Systems.
Software development required for the optimization of Control and Automation systems
Collaborate with electrical technicians to provide prompt solutions to problems that arise in electrical equipment
Support operational personnel in equipment operation doubts
Carry out risk assessments and guarantee compliance with safety standards and electrical and electronic engineering codes.
Software Backup in Control and Automation equipment
Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Electronic Engineering
SAP Experience as an Electronic Engineer
Practical experience in the use of Software and PLC programming
Electronic Electrical Project Management and Improvements
Experience Required Mechanical Design
Spare Parts Management
Advanced English
