Service Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team.
This position is key to ensuring proper operation and technical support for our scissor lifts and rough terrain scissor lifts, along with articulated and telescopic boom lifts, as well as providing technical training to our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues on platform handlers/cranes.
- Remote and On-Site Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and on-site, ensuring effective problem resolution.
- Customer Training: Provide training sessions on the proper use and maintenance of platforms/cranes, both on-site and remotely.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service activities, including maintenance reports, repairs performed, and training provided.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company safety policies and applicable industry regulations.
- Among other activities that arise according to the operation.
Requirements
- Academic Qualifications: University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery, preferably telehandlers or similar equipment.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems; ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willfulness to Travel: Willingness to travel to customer facilities as needed.
- Valid Driver's License: Required for travel to service sites.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:06 p. m.
