Job purpose: Execute and develop operation of the refurbishment manufacturing area, not limited too but mainly in Americas.

Analyzing supply chain data and contributing to the global supply chain setup in corporation with Management and stakeholders.

Success criteria: Demonstrate the ability to work and communicate across the global organization.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Drive the refurbishment activities on daily basis.
• Delivery of operational data to the business- and manufacturing strategy.
• Analyzing the consequences of the result from the S&OP process, seeing from a Supply Chain and operation point of view, mainly in Americas.
• Develop and maintain Key performance indicators to support the supply chain and operation development.
• Participate in- and lead local and global projects within supply chain and operation processes.
• Participate in developing, implementing and monitor the inbound-, planning- and outbound strategy.
• Gather supply chain data, analyze them, and validate for decision making.
• Monitor trends in forecast and suggest actions to the supply chain and operation.
• Create the tools needed to support the process of Refurbishment and global supply chain and operation setup.
• Understand foreign trade compliance, import, export, broker, MX/EU
• Improve / develop the supply chain within NA to support MX, US activities
• Inventory follow-up on TEQ spare parts and frames, weekly reporting
• Develop APP to control TEQ activities (Logistic, Refurbishment, Parts, etc.)

Tools handled in the job

• IT: D365, Microsoft Excel, Power Bi, Process mapping tools.
• Languages: High level English and Mexican in oral and written.

Background and experience

• Educated on Bachelor level, Supply Chain, Production or similar.
• Preferable at least 3-5 years of experience.
• Foreign trade in NA and immex, maquila setup, prosec in MX.
