What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated Energy Engineer to take charge of monitoring and analyzing the performance of our energy assets, including wind power and other renewable or conventional facilities.

This role ensures that all assets meet their energy production targets, operate efficiently, and remain compliant with all contractual and regulatory obligations. The position also includes administrative support tasks to help drive the overall success of our energy portfolio.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

• Continuously monitor and analyze operational data from power generation assets to evaluate performance against key KPIs.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in energy production and operational processes.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders for operational optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or related field).
• Previous experience in performance monitoring or operation of energy generation assets.
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies (wind, solar, etc.) and conventional systems.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and energy monitoring software.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
