Job Requirements

Education: Telecomm Engineering or related bachelor's degree

Work on site and available to travel to other cities.

Skills: Advanced English

Familiar with the design and service delivery knowledge of mainstream IT products (such as services and storage) in the industry. 

Experience in enterprise-level application architecture design or cloud service integration implementation is preferred.

Familiar with common operating systems (Linux/Windows), network knowledge ((DNS/BGP/VPN/ELB/IP)), software development, Internet after-sales service, or O&M experience is preferred.

Have experience in deploying Microsoft Azure Cloud, HUAWEI CLOUD, Amazon cloud, and Google cloud.

Support project handling in all specked scenarios from early involving support till the collection support and every task in between from both technical and non-technical requirements.

Have CISCO Certifications.

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for end-to-end service delivery of IT/Cloud products (servers, storage devices, networks, and clouds), and undertake IT network design, deployment, and acceptance.

2. Handle requirements and major technical issues during the project and O&M process and complete the closure of technical requirements and issues in the entire project phase.
