Ford Champs program will allow to get to now different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

As an Artificial Intelligence- Innovation Ford Champ, you will be responsible for learning and applying cutting-edge AI and ML technology in a supportive environment. Your role will involve collaborating with experienced AI engineers and stakeholders to develop and deploy AI solutions, as well as developing graphical user interfaces and designing diverse graphic elements for the Innovation team. Key responsibilities, qualifications, and desired skills include:

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Support in identifying AI-driven projects within processes.
• Assist in exploring project requirements for integrating artificial intelligence.
• Analyze and manipulate data from various sources.
• Support the development of project plans.
• Apply AI and ML technology under guidance.
• Assist in visualizing data and interpreting results.
• Participate in communicating results to different audiences.
• Support Front-End development for AI and Innovation teams' application.
• Support in the design of diverse graphic elements for Innovation team.

Qualifications

What you'll need:

• English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Bachelor student of Computer Engineering, Data science, Artificial Intelligence Engineering, or similar technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python programming for AI and Data Science.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data manipulation.
• Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts.
• Experience in any Front-End development framework.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform such as PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.
• Proficiency in data visualization and interactive analytics tools, preferably Qlik Sense.
• Proficiency in additional data science tools such as Alteryx
• Proficiency in applying the CRISP (Cross-Industry Standard Process) framework for AI and ML projects.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking principles to drive innovation and user-centric solutions.
• Experience in utilizing 6-Sigma methodology for process improvement and quality management.
• Proficiency in graphic design principles and concepts.
