As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring high-performance CNC operations while maintaining the infrastructure that supports aerospace manufacturing.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee maintenance routines for 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines, focusing on medium and large-sized equipment.

• Implement and manage robust preventive maintenance strategies that minimize unplanned downtime and maximize operational readiness.

• Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring quick and efficient resolutions to equipment failures.
