We are seeking talents for our Interlomas' General Offices for the position of

Quality and Engineering Internship

Start Date: As soon as possible
Work schedule: Part-time with flexible working hours.

Duration: 12-18 months.

Profile: Active college student of any Engineering, Chemical, biotechnology major

Qualifications: Graduation date July 2024 to December 2024. We are looking for candidates that will graduate 1year - 1.5 years from now.

Meaningful work from day one:

You'll be forecasting customer demand, owning and performing quality, production and planning. You might be working with the information flow for the entire supply chain and hold responsibility for the physical flow process from suppliers through production plants and distribution centers to the customer's shelf. All these missions require a strong multi-functional work, which means that you'll work with other functions both internally and externally and you will be responsible to make sure that we have the right product at the right place with the right cost.

Scope of the roles:

After our product is manufactured the first logistic stop will be inhouse storage prior to shipping. You will:

• Handle space, time and movements optimization projects to simplify operation.
• Guardian of our internal controls and audit processes to ensure inventory is properly storage.
• Ensure a consistent quality in line with customer expectations, local laws and P&G's guidelines (We validate all the formulas and equipment prior to production and are responsible for the study of "non-standards" to improve our processes and training of the entire plant to quality principles).
• Responsible for quality optimization projects and support quality regional governance process across the LA Market Operations quality and operations community
• May support Market Operations initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications

• You are willing to work in Huixquilucan, Estado de México.
• Graduation date June 2024 to December 2024.
• Strong English verbal and writing skills.
• Display strong leadership, teamwork, analytical skills and problem-solving mentality, "can-do "attitude.
• Real passion for building new solutions.
• Express willingness to learn, take initiative and show flexibility.
