We are looking to hire a SR Control/Autpomation engineer to Join our team at Ciudad Juarez!

Position Summary:

The Automation Engineer responsible for the introduction of new products, as well as the control of production processes already implemented, ensuring that the plant metrics (KPIs) are met.

Responsibilities:

• Continuous improvement in production metrics such as yield.
• Transfer of new products.
• Review of quality system (Product/Process).
• Provide support to production lines.
• Design of templates, tools and accessories to help production operations.
• Follow up on process problems, to correct or eliminate them.
• To be a leader in projects and new products in relation to process development, as well as projects assigned to your area, according to the APQP methodology used by project coordinators.
• Validation and approval of supplier PPAPs and providing support to the client PPAP Coordinator.
• Comply with CSR
• supervise the correct control software implementation of the suppliers
• Coordinate support with warranty/support suppliers
• Assure correct traceability data control
• Develop documentation for standardized control software implementation
• Develop support documentation for support departments

Requirements:

• Engineering in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Systems.
• 5 years of experience in the position of Contol and Automation
• English 80% Conversational.
• Experience with TwinCAT 2,3 or C# knowledge
• Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7.
• Electrical and pneumatic control.
• Vision systems (Keyence, Cognex).
• Scanners Keyence
• Analog and Digital Electronics.
• Linear Motion Systems and conveyors (Rexroth, Bosch)
• Motion Control Sinamics
• SCARA and Arm Industrial and Collaborative Robot Control
• Laser marking systems (Keyence, Miyachi).
