?Marketing Director based in Zapopan to lead and drive their digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Director with deep expertise in Google Search, SEO, SEM, and Analytics. This individual will take on a leadership role in overseeing the execution and optimization of the company's online presence, driving traffic, and increasing conversions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience, a strong understanding of data-driven marketing, and proven experience in managing high-performance digital teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Leadership: Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives. Ensure the seamless integration of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and paid campaigns.
- SEO & SEM Expertise: Oversee the full SEO and SEM strategy, optimizing the company's online presence through keyword research, content optimization, link building, paid search, and conversion rate optimization.
- Analytics & Reporting: Lead in-depth analysis and reporting using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and other tools to evaluate campaign performance, user behavior, and site metrics. Utilize data to create actionable insights and inform strategy.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals. Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Campaign Management: Direct and optimize SEM/PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent traffic growth, and maximize ROI through A/B testing, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, creative, and tech teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Collaborate with external agencies for campaign execution when necessary.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Google Search, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Analytics.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns with a proven track record of maximizing ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
- Expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Shopping, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present reports to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Languages: Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred to communicate with global teams and stakeholders.
