Project Engineer

This role is fundamental to convert customer orders to drawings and BOMs that comply with customer requirements. The role of Project Engineer is crucial for the actual development of the product sold by ABB.

This position reports to

Service Manager

Your responsibilities

• Creation of Mechanical Assembly Drawings.
• Creation of Bills of Materials.
• Selection of adequate Mechanical Equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Assist customer on questions/comments regarding his product.
• Assist Proposals team on technical questions.
• Assist to Production team on the shop floor for the manufacturing of his projects.

Your background

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 2-3 years of experience working in similar position.
• Deep knowledge of Medium Voltage Out Door Products and Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of SAP, Design, Solidworks, and AutoCad.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Advanced level of English.
