Working on our site on San Luis Potosi, Mexico, you will be Leading the execution of important projects, ensuring that they are executed in line with procedures, specifications, standards requirements, and targets. In this role you will drive the formal acceptance of the project by the customer, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

Engineering Manager II

Your responsibilities

• Create content for training for different products.
• Organize trainings.
• Tracking of employees and courses.
• Assisting the Project Controls department to define all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
• Identifying, and managing risks, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer enquiries and an escalation point for project issues.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanics or Mechatronic Engineer.
• 7 Years Experience in Electrical field.
• Knowledge in SolidWorks.
• Experience working with Eplan.
• Knowledge of Low and Medium Voltage, Switch Gear or Motor Control Center or Outdoor Brakers knowledge.
• Training Experience.
• Excellent communication skills, Organization, Autonomous, Hands On, Team collaboration.
• Medium English level.
