Job Description

Are you an experienced and creative Public Relations Manager with a passion for luxury hospitality? If you thrive on creating and implementing successful PR campaigns and have a strong flair for media and influencer relations, we invite you to join our dynamic team at Fairmont Mayakoba, a world-class luxury resort in the stunning Riviera Maya.

• Developing and implementing compelling public relations campaigns that align with the resort's brand and marketing objectives.
• Cultivating and managing strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
• Creating impactful press releases, media alerts, and engaging campaigns to capture the attention of our target audience.
• Crafting engaging and informative blog content that showcases the resort's offerings and enhances SEO visibility.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with our diverse audience.
• A strong sense of accountability and the ability to take ownership of PR campaigns from inception to execution.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, providing you with a solid foundation for successful PR strategies.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Public Relations, with a track record of delivering impactful campaigns within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required to build and maintain relationships with key media and influencers.
