Based in Corregidora, Querétaro | Multinational Scope | Strategic Role
Company in the industrial sector is seeking a Finance & Reporting Lead for the Americas region, based in Corregidora, Querétaro, México. This high-impact position will support cross-border operations and act as a key finance business partner to senior regional leadership.
This is a regional role that will connect multiple subsidiaries across North and South America, ensuring aligned financial analysis, accurate reporting, and ongoing improvement of controlling processes.
What will you do:
- Drive the regional financial review processes, including performance dashboards, budget/forecast submissions, and investment tracking.
- Coordinate the preparation, review and consolidation of monthly financial reports across several countries in the Americas.
- Partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistency with international reporting standards.
- Support digitalization and automation of reporting processes and tools in collaboration with headquarters.
- Analyze operational performance, intercompany balances, and capital allocations across business units.
- Lead finance projects and initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to create impactful financial presentations and communicate data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- A finance professional with strong regional or international exposure, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments.
- A detail-oriented analyst and strong communicator, capable of translating complex financial data into strategic insight.
- Experienced in consolidated reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and intercompany reconciliation.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data models) and familiar with ERP systems.
- Comfortable working across multiple countries, time zones, and cultures.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
Your background:
- 8+ years of experience in a regional or multinational financial environment. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. Solid knowledge of IFRS.
- Familiarity with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance or internal controls environment is desirable.
- Experience in project-based finance or process improvement is a plus.

- Background in audit or consulting from a multinational or Big 4 firm is considered an advantage.
- International certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a strong advantage.
- Exposure to ESG metrics or sustainability reporting frameworks is a plus.
