General Purpose

Assists in the CAD drafting and design preparation of schematic layouts, shop drawings and design documents.

?ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Draft schematic layouts and design details for customer projects

· Design and modification of CAD Details for existing and new products

· Create shop drawings and technical details as requested by leadership team

· Read and interpret customer-provided drawing sets

· Communicate with sales teams for information availability, technical support and quoting effectiveness

· Provide customer service with end-users and resellers regarding building specifications, product details, technical concerns, and ordering procedures

· Communicate with leadership team tracking of information

· Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects & tasks in a timely manner

· Architectural Design Capabilities & Understanding

· Proficient with AutoCAD 2D, 3D modeling

· Effective Written & Oral Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Bi-Lingual In English and Spanish – Required

?QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor Degree (Focus: Architecture Design) Preferred but not required

· 1-3 Years of Architectural Design Applications

· Proficient in Unit of Measurements & Data Analytics

· Proficient in CAD Design Software?
