Job Description

To create inspiring store solutions for an easy and convenient shopping experience and increasing vitality by translation deep knowledge about consumer buying behavior, store layout, range presentation and local market knowledge thereby contributing to positioning the IKEA brand in the local market as the home furnishing specialist and the IKEA store as an up-to-date and innovative destination that always offers something new.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead creative processes
• A strategic thinker with a creative and practical mind that can lead and contribute to setting clear directions, purposes and objectives and are able to share and explain to the team
• Being able to transform strategies into conceptual visual merchandising solutions and tangible actions
• Ability to influence and convince with solid knowledge and clear communication and interpersonnal skills
• Capability to work internationally with cultural sensitivity
• Presentation and facilitations skills
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to identify, initiate and transfer development and innovation opportunities into tangible actions
• Ability to visualise the one IKEA Brand and provide seamless solutions across all IKEA touchpoint
• Ability to lead the team and rise their knowledge and competence.
