Position Responsibilities:

• Performs the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance service to the manufacture and the utilities equipment in CHG NDT manufacturing site to keep them in optimum operative conditions, always looking for the best behavior in the equipment and to keep them working uninterrupted.
• Contribute and develop improvement ideas and projects to the manufacture and the utilities equipment.
• Proactively attend, solve and follow up to recurrent or critical problems in the equipment.
• Comply with all procedures according with the job description.
• Document all attended maintenance reports and activities in the appropriate data base.
• Execute all assigned daily maintenance routines.

Required Skills & Education:

• Technical degree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Electricity or Industrial Controllers and Instruments or any similar.
• 1+ years of demonstrated maintenance technician skills.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining of industrial and utilities equipment.
• Good knowledge in industrial electronic, electricity, pneumatic, mechanic, in the use of electrical measurement equipment (such as multimeter, scope, etc.), creating and reading electrical drawings.
• Basic knowledge in PLC, HMI and Motion control systems, industrial hydraulic, industrial control (Closed and open control loops, controllers, transducers, sensors, etc.), and understanding of mechanical and pneumatics drawings.
• Basic knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Microsoft Office and Email software.

Desired Skills:

• Allen Bradley PLC programming (SLC, Micrologix and Control Logix), Allen Bradley HMI (PV Standard and PV Plus), Motion Control systems, and Vision systems.
• Good knowledge in variable frequency drives, machining and tooling equipment, creating, and reading electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Good knowledge in AUTOCAD and INVENTOR software, or any similar.
• Basic knowledge in statistical tools.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Macro programming, pivot tables, pivot charts, etc.).
