We Are Hiring: Construction Manager (Vertical Building & External Plant Projects)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Construction Manager to lead and oversee vertical building projects for government and enterprise clients, including external plant infrastructure. This role combines technical design coordination, site execution, and resource administration, ensuring that every phase of construction aligns with quality, safety, timeline, and budget expectations.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership in construction planning, CAD coordination, field supervision, and stakeholder alignment, particularly in complex public-sector or telecom-linked environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design validation and coordination of construction plans (including CAD reviews and technical specifications).
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation across multiple construction sites.
• Supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and government entities during pre-construction and execution phases.
• Lead construction reporting, progress tracking, and documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related disciplines.
• At least 5 to 7 years (desirable) of experience in construction management, ideally in vertical government infrastructure and telecom external plant.
• Proficient in CAD tools, blueprint reading, and project documentation.
• Strong abilities with SAP, Salesforce, Autocad, Enkcontrol, Project, Medallia and similar platforms
• Strong experience in budget management, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Proven leadership in managing field crews and external vendors.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
