We are now looking for a CEO & Co-founder to invest in and to build our next big software venture in the manufacturing space in Mexico.

As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat, launching and leading your company. We'll invest in you and be your co-founding partners, sharing the journey providing you with strategic, financial and operational support in all the key areas (growth, product, tech, data, legal, finance, business development and fundraising) to quickly go from 0 to 1.

As a CEO & Co-Founder, you will be responsible for:

• Designing commercial, product, and growth strategies
• Building, leading and motivating a strong team
• Leading the fundraising process and transmitting the vision and mission of the company to existing and potential investors.
• Process engineering: leading the process of digitalization of the operative and commercial processes
• Manage competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of financial structure, capital strategy & strategic priorities
• Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
• Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth
• Maintaining deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
• Attracting, retaining and leading the best talent
• Building trust with key partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Solid experience in fast-growing companies, a top technology consulting firm and or SaaS company.
• Previous experience in software or SaaS companies is a must
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
• +7 years of experience in the digital industry, having previously held a managing position
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Passion for the digital sector
