Application Development Specialist CASE & Construction

Our team inMexico - Querétaro currently has an opening for a ApplicationDevelopment Specialist CASE & Construction

The purpose of the position is to assumeresponsibility for application development projects related to the CASE andconstruction industry (coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers &construction), mainly for clients in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. The positioninvolves:
Developing new products.
Implementing developments.
Providing internal and external training.
Offering technological support to clients.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Developed new formulas for new applications and solutions and supervised the respective series of laboratory tests.
Identify and recommend proposals to produce specific formulations.
Review and align test results with customers, sales representatives, and Development Specialists.
Liaise and share application knowledge with relevant sales teams.
Ensure the proper use and maintenance of the Applications Laboratory equipment aligned with business needs.
Development of evaluation methods for materials and products related to the CASE and construction industry.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor'sDegree in Chemical Engineer or similar careers
AdvancedEnglish level
Minimumtwo years of experience working in development or application laboratoriesrelated to CASE & Construction (coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers& construction)
ExperimentDesign Methodology. DOE
Formulationknowledge in CASE & Construction
Constructionmaterials. Understanding of materials fundamentals.
Competencies: Effective communication,teamwork, self-management, business focus, analytical thinking, strategicthinking, and working under pressure.
