ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for monitoring Service Level Agreements and ensuring that they meet the required levels. The employee must make sure that all IT Service Management processes, Operational Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts are appropriate for the agreed service level target. Responsible for managing applications throughout their lifecycle. Plays an important role in the application-related aspects of designing, testing, operating, and improving IT services, as well as in developing the skills required to operate the IT organization's applications.

Geographic Scope: Colombia and Central America

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Supervise and reviews Application Landscape.
• Supervise Service Performance against the SLAs and OLAs.
• Support any actions required to maintain or improve Service Levels
• Acts as co-ordination point for changes to Service Levels required.
• Support the regular performance review process with both the IT Customer and Service Provider which covers:

• Review outstanding actions from previous Reviews.
• Current Performance
• Capacity of planning
• Business release management, patch management and audit requirements
• Appropriate actions to maintain / improve Service Levels.

• Support troubleshooting
• Initiates any actions required to maintain or improve performance and stability of the applications.
• Conducts annual user reviews for applications in scope.
• Oversees remediation activities required to comply BAT security standards for applications in scope.
• Coordinates IT Service Continuity Plans annual review and tests for applications in scope.
• Ensures that appropriate changes are assessed for their impact on service levels.
• Accommodating Service Improvement Plans
• Leading initiatives related to Applications renewal components.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

• University graduates from careers related to IDT: Mechatronics, Digital Transformation, Management Technologies, Management Systems or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle stressful situations in a calm manner.
• A good understanding of the organization's IT applications, services provided.
• Innovative thinking with service quality, and its improvement, within limits of costs and business direction
• Communication skills (Spanish and English): oral, written, presentation.
• ITIL knowledge
