Relationship Management with local third party support teams.
Performance monitoring of third party services.
Statutory payments and reporting including all taxation and Social Securities.
Year End reporting.
To meet all statutory and business compliance.
Monitoring and training of all team members.
Investigate and correct any errors due to system or process issues.
Work with internal and external audit teams to ensure system and processes meet best practice.
Supporting the consolidation of local payrolls to one location and platform.
