ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

-TARGET

This position is responsible for timely preparing, checking, analysis with comments on all kind of Financial Reports according to Mexico laws and rules and requested by Parent Company.

-REQUIREMENTS:

CONTPAQi

Knowledge of Financial report preparation and analysis.

Knowledge of Cash Flow control.

Knowledge of Account Receivable control.

Knowledge of Inventory control.

Knowledge of Expense control.

Knowledge of Budget preparation.

Knowledge of Auditing.

Fixed asset control

ACTIVITIES:

Manage full set of accounting books.

Prepare monthly financial reports timely and accurately.

Prepare budget reports semi-annually.

Compare monthly result with budget data, analysis on the variance between result and budget data.

Reporting to Parent Company on all kind of financial data and reports every week.

Cash flow planning and control.

AR control Inventory control.

Coordinate with external auditor, tax advisor, banker.

Perform ad hoc assignments assigned by Parent Company.

PLUS:

Financial & Manufacturing Accounting, Auditing.

5 years experience.

Use of computers and office software.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Available for overtime work, especially for meeting with Parent Company.

Reading and writing English.

Good leadership skills.
