Descripción
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team across Mexico, Germany, and the U.S., fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Own the S&OP process: design, implement, and continuously improve Sales & Operations Planning to align demand, capacity, inventory, and financial plans across regions.
· Drive process improvements across procurement, logistics, inventory, and production planning using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
· Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies, including freight optimization, material cost control, supplier negotiation, and network efficiency.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, engineering, and operations to deliver aligned supply chain strategies.
· Ensure compliance with U.S. and Mexican customs laws and regulations, including import/export documentation, duties, and tariff management.
· Oversee supplier performance, development, and risk mitigation initiatives through clear KPIs and structured improvement plans.
· Support and enhance ERP system integration and supply chain visibility tools (e.g., NetSuite or SAP).
· Monitor and respond to global trade risks, such as tariff changes, geopolitical disruptions, and supply constraints.
· Communicate effectively in Spanish and English across teams, suppliers, and internal leadership to drive alignment on complex issues.
· Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and internal quality standards.
Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
· 7+ years of experience in global supply chain leadership, including direct team management across multiple countries.
· Proven experience designing and implementing S&OP processes across regions.
· Strong knowledge of U.S. and Mexico customs regulations and international trade compliance.
· Demonstrated success in cost savings, process optimization, and supply chain strategy.
· Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite or SAP), Excel, and planning/analytics tools.
· Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) — required.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, CTPAT, or customs compliance)
