Job Description
Problem solving using methodologies such as: 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, DMAIC, 8D or related.
Follow-up to problem solving projects and delivery of results according to the established KPIs.
Lead problem solving projects from start to finish, provide updates and present the results to upper-management.
Collaborate with internal departments by leading projects, and contributing with other areas to find effective solutions to problems.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
5+ years of experience in problem-solving roles/projects for production.
3+ years of experience in Shaining Red or Black Belt.
Hands-on experience with 8D.
