The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce Service solutions with an emphasis on understanding our current data and building the right data models to drive insights to continuously improve our Customer Care KPIs. In the near future, the candidate will also be leading our Customer Care team's ServiceGPT initiatives.

Requirements to apply:

-Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Administration of the Service Cloud OmniChannel and Experience Clouds.

- Develop a platform expertise and develop solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews.
