Responsibilities

The oportunity

PepsiCo is looking for a highly motivated and experienced integration developer to provide hands on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes using Dell Boomi platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs) between UKG Dimensions and downstream applications.

Your Impact

As The UKG Dimensions Configuration Senior Analyst your scope will consist of:

• Upgrade existing UKG implementation from lower versions to a more compatible and recent version. Overall, understanding of the UKG solution is a must for successfully upgrading and deploying the solution.
• Work closely with Integration Manager, System Integration Partner, internal and external customers to gather requirements and design complex business application, data integration solutions and secured APIs, leveraging the Dell Boomi platform.
• Translate business processes and data requirements into technical integration requirements and designs.
• Develop new integrations and provide on-going support for existing processes built on the platform.
• Recommend best practices for all integrations using Dell Boomi platform.
• Ability to solve complex data issues.
• Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
• Support and maintain applications within the production environment, including working with end users and others within IT to troubleshoot and find the root cause of issues.
• Optimize Integration solutions to ensure that performance of the solutions are optimal
• Maintain technical documentation with all the technical details and proper visual diagrams (Flowcharts, Diagram and layouts) for ease of understanding.
• Analyze production issues to determine problem source and recommend solutions
• Assists in code reviews, deployments and Knowledge Transfer sessions to Stakeholders and DEV/SEC/OPS sustain team
• Develop Unit test plans and perform unit testing
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on developed interfaces

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience:

• 3 years developing and supporting data integration solutions
• Experience in UKG-Kronos Dimensions/Workforce Central V8.1, toolsets including SQL, Time Keeper, Basic Scheduler, WIM Development and managing integrations preferred (highly valied).
• Dell Boomi Experience (Preferred)
• Experience working with cloud solutions

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Designed and developed integration using Boomi AtomSphere integration platform or similar Integration Tools
• Experience in Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations would be good to have
• Knowledge on Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, Web service design would be a nice to have.
• This role should have prior knowledge or experience with HRIS or Workforce Management data
• Boomi Associate and Professional Integration Developer Certifications (preferred)
• Experience working with cloud solutions
• Solves a range of simple to complex issues related but not limited to Dell Boomi integrations, Timekeeper and Accruals.
• Leverages and follows Enterprise standard tools and processes, establishes robust traceability and audit process for integrations
• Supports and shepherds the integration support to DevSecOps sustain teams at completion of build, testing and go-live
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• ADO (Azure DevOps) for test planning and coordination, preferred

Mandatory Non-Technical Skills:

• Should have a sound or general understanding of project management activities and methodologies.
• Works well under guidance and direction
• Knowledgeable and experienced within own functional discipline or business unit and willing to learn and expand
• Experience working with 3rdparty resources and vendors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with various teams, various business units directly or indirectly and IT users, ability to listen to the end user requirements and take appropriate action based on PepsiCo's guidelines, a problem solver
• Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.
