Summary:
We're seeking a solution-driven, strategic support specialist to provide high-touch service to our most complex and high-value customers. This role blends deep technical expertise with consultative problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Act as the dedicated support contact for select strategic clients
Configure advanced product setups for custom workflows and enterprise needs
Troubleshoot complex issues and guide clients through technical solutions
Partner with product, engineering, and enablement teams to improve feature adoption
Lead high-impact projects involving beta features and evolving configurations
Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and solutions
Create and deliver training content and documentation tailored to client use cases
Requirements:
Promotion from Tier 2 with at least 1 year of proven success
Expertise in configuration tools, issue tracking, and enterprise change management
Strong skills in advanced troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder reporting
Experience navigating dynamic, high-risk or custom setups
Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day problem solving
