Responsibilities:

• Support internal purchasing processes.
• Review and validate documents related to suppliers.
• Create purchase orders in the system.
• Follow up on internal requests and emails from operational teams.
• Respond to inquiries related to the purchasing process.
• Analyze quotes and interact with suppliers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• High school diploma or ongoing/completed university studies.
• Availability for full-time work.
