We are seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy in accounting practices. You will play a crucial role in providing strategic insights and support to enhance the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including the management of accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
• Manage monthly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting to assist management in decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial projections.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and responses to queries.
• Develop and implement improved accounting processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP), and financial regulations.
• Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
