The Opportunity
This position is responsible lead the development of integration between client, business unit, and the Supply Chain of concentrates to support the production requirements planning process on the management of sales forecasting, receipt of orders and monitoring requirements and concerns of the client. It is responsible for ensuring compliance with established service agreements to ensure a process efficiently in terms of product availability. It is also responsible for collaborating with continuous improvement planning requirements, service and communication with customers and identify opportunities to add value to the extended supply chain
Your Impact
As SC Cust Svc Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of:
Customer Services Supervisor
Reception and consolidation of forecasting from clients
Monitor release time and complete Orders
Keep updated directory of Customers and Contacts,
Keep up-to-date catalog of products and active components,
Monitor performance and control of sales product.
Productivity presentations multiplicity
Follow-up to new products
Support Corporate Programs
Visit customers to design plans, proposals, feedback action tracking and closing of claims from the client.
Identify opportunities to add value to the extended supply chain
Monitoring and follow-up of demand and inventory.
Tracking and updating of forecast.
Control and reduction of product obsolete
Monthly Sales Report
Monitoring and report of local and international inventory to design action plans with the bottler (Push Sale) product shelf-life actions
S&Op Meeting execution.
Sales & Distribution
Support in the process of sales orders.
Assurance the new items in the system to process sales orders.
Support in the change or extension process in case of request any update.
Continue communication with IT team to assurance the Billing process
Monitoring availability credit to don´t have interruption in the process for sales
Quality
Receive complaint for Bottler, follow up and send the action plan for every incident.
Provide feedback to validate the action plan.
Assurance proper and timely support related with technical directions from our DC to BU and Customers to drive and provide sustainable resolutions for any issue related with product quality.
SAP abilities, knowledge in extension item for new products (back up of Master data lead).
Innovation Lead
Receive CTP process for Mexico, analysis of inventory and risk or write off in the reformulations.
Attend Innovation meetings with SC Manager as required.
Review new formulas and provide to DC (Document Feedback, FG LT, unitization)
Execution of tasks in a timely and cost-effective manner across all functions
Communication of the Innovation calendar to DC Mexico (Ensure meetings are scheduled on frequent basis to update DC stakeholders on new product pipeline)
KPI performance - Assure the accomplishment of internal indicators (extension time of new products).
Lead and Approves data entry in SAP for new products/ KIT BOM approval, Verify & Approves the Components of Material Entered in the System.
Provides to DC the information required to generate the Kits (PCD, bottler approval, date of shipment)
Continue communication with Innovation BU, Finance BU to follow the forecast accuracy of the CTP, potential risk in Obsoletes, soft transition in reformulation or any doubt about the new products.
Assurance the availability of all documents is in place to buy, plan, approve, and distribute the new concentrates to the Bottler.
Productivity Support
Search and analyze productivity projects in the processes of DC
Knowledge and Management the Kaizen methodology
Participate in the multidisciplinary team to search productivity projects.
Communication with the supply chain to implement the share productivity projects.
Request approval to Bottler/BU for the productivity projects applicable to bottler.
Demand Planning
Administration of the Signal. Sales Forecast templates upload in SAP for next 52 weeks. Investigate any issues arising from with regard to demand signal.
Customer Service support – AOP Vs Bottler, Bottler Scorecard, ad-hoc queries
Data administration – Delisting, Rolling forecasts, Innovation, upload errors
Quarterly Financial Forecasting & AOP planning: Q1F, Q3F, AOP1, & AOP2
KPI Reporting: FCA at 8, 12 & 16 week lag

Education
• International Trade, Business Administration or Accounting, Industrial Engineer or similar
Experience:
