Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: Active university student with facultative insurance, at least one year from graduation.
• Languages: Advanced to intermediate English.
• Experience: Previous internships or experience in HR, administration, or customer service is a plus.
• Availability: Part-time, 8–15 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Support documentation and orientation processes for new hires and exits.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
• Employee Engagement: Help organize internal events and communication initiatives.
• Compliance & Reporting: Support audits, HR metrics tracking, and compliance documentation.

Key Competencies

Hard Skills

• Knowledge of HR processes and labor law basics (LFT).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power Point, Word, CANVA, PowerBI).
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
