Technical Project Manager

Expected Duties:

Ø Technical Project Managers will effectively lead existing scrum or project teams, with support and guidance from seasoned project manager(s) or management

Ø Expected to educate team members on agile processes

Ø Responsible for using JIRA to support teams, including report generation

Ø Technical Project Managers will start a new scrum or project team with assistance

Ø The role will gather required data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications

Ø Responsible for serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments and Sr. role to ensure that all targets and requirements are met

Ø Technical Project Manages will keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A level 2 professional position will perform simple to moderately difficult/moderately impactful aspects of the role independently, and the position will support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex aspects of the role. The individual will develop professional expertise in the subject area and will apply MeridianLink policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. The role will work on problems of moderate scope that are varied in a routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. The individual will receive little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.

Ø Ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required

Ø Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

Ø Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions

Ø Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
