?? Job Requirements
Minimum Education: Active university student with facultative insurance, at least one year from graduation.
Languages: Advanced to intermediate English.
Experience: Previous internships or experience in HR, administration, or customer service is a plus.
Availability: Part-time, 8–15 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
?? Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Support documentation and orientation processes for new hires and exits.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
Employee Engagement: Help organize internal events and communication initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting: Support audits, HR metrics tracking, and compliance documentation.

Hard Skills
Knowledge of HR processes and labor law basics (LFT).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power Point, Word, CANVA, PowerBI).
Basic data analysis and reporting skills.

Organizational and time management abilities.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Additional Benefits
Scholarship: $7,000 to $8,000 MXN monthly.
