Objetive
Maintain the financial soundness of companies by tracking their income and expenditures. report to the Finance Manager and are responsible for reporting all cash transactions and bank reconciliations.
Requirements
-At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
-Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Administration, Actuary
-English Fluent - business level
-Knowledge of financial methods and investment management is needed
-Knowledge of statutes related to treasury functions is needed to align the organization with applicable laws and regulations
-Accounting system, desirable SAP
Responsibilities :
1. Handle all incoming and outgoing banking transactions on behalf of the company
2. Manage formal reports and company banks statements
3. Seek to maintain a positive professional relationship with partner financial intuitions
4. Check, inspect and verify daily cash transactions
5. Inspect, investigate, and inform to Finance manager discrepancies in cash transactions
6. Verify and reconcile bank deposits and bank payments
7. Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet the company operations
8. Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning
9. Manage excess operating cash to obtain optimum interest revenue
10. Oversee electronic cash receipt and cash disbursement processing and accounting
11. Download proof of payments, AR posting (including bank movments)
12. Prepare monthly and quarterly bank report
13. Validate Customer scores (annual)
14. Prepare Cash Flow statement
15. Support in preparing annual budget
16. Upload Exchange rate in SAP (daily)
17. Support in internal and external audit
18. Support on any Finance task when necessary
19. Weekly AR report
20. Credit Management (AR)
