Position Objective:

Create legendary experiences for both internal and external clients through outstanding service and personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome clients and residents upon arrival.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Manage reservations and coordinate activities and events.
• Oversee access control and ensure secure entry/exit procedures.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with residents.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar customer service or concierge role.
• Advanced English level (a must).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools.
• Friendly, service-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
