Objective: To ensure that a process is in place to control production, taking into account customer-relevant specifications. Monitoring of production processes carried out by relevant standardized KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure compliance with production plans, achieving key performance indicators such as efficiency, scrap, volume compliance, and productivity.
Implement and ensure the use of production control systems aligned with customer specifications and applicable standards (IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 14001).
Ensure accurate information transfer between shifts and hierarchical levels.
Manage teams by leading, training, and developing personnel with a focus on continuous improvement.
Foster a safe, respectful, and efficient work environment.
Coordinate human and technical resources, considering personnel availability, layout, material flow, production times, vacations, and hiring needs.
Develop capacity plans, budgets, and optimize the use of space and equipment.
Implement TPM activities and improvement tools such as 5S, 5 Why, Control Plan, and P-FMEA.
Identify and reduce waste, optimize processes, and encourage active team participation in improvement initiatives.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance actions in collaboration with the technical team.
Continuously monitor production process quality, analyze root causes of failures, and lead corrective or containment actions.
Contribute to defining internal quality standards and ensure compliance.
Participate in audits and maintain communication with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, ESH, Finance, HR, and other key departments.
Requirements:
Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience with metal-mechanical processes
SAP Advance
Proficiency in Core Tools, TPM, key performance indicators (KPIs), and internal audits.
Advanced English proficiency.
