Maintenance Leader

Activities:

• Supervises technical operations in productive equipment to achieve efficiency needed and cost.
• Responsible for implementing and supervising the preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manages MRO resources for equipment to achieve optimal efficiency in production.
• Direct supervision and management of molding and assembly technicians.
• Responsible for receiving new equipment, information, specifications, maintenance needs and contacts.

Knowledge and abilities skills

• Advanced English (oral & written) ** Requisito indispensable
• Maintenance and industrial controls experience (assembly & molding) experience +3 years
• Leadership (manage of more than 10 technicians)
• Knowledge and experience in mechanics, diagrams, hydraulics, SolidWorks
• Teamwork oriented
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Work under pressure, problem solving ability.
