What will you do?

Be creative on designing an developing new products and solution on a 3D design software to contribute in the mechanical electrical industry.

Responsabilities
• The mechanical designer engineer is responsible for processing the allocated work packages and their timely and quality solution.
• Design solutions must be according to required standards and producible.
• Specification of requirements and deduction of work packages
• Implementation of requirements in a work schedule under the professional guidance of the project / team manager Realisation of the work packages in the CAD system & Archiving of design data Part or assembly responsibility within the development projec
• Processing of work packages until creation of prototypes "Sample ordering:Preparation of sample orders according to the sample assembly process.
• Description of sample setup and intended application & Integrating the feedback from the sample assembly into the design" Timely and successful performance of prototype tests Performance of orientating tests,
• Support of development tests & Successful type tests Detail designs
• Preparation of drawings, development of technology Observation of the specifications given in the standard

What will you need to succeed?
• Basic knowledge of Product development process (PDP) of IC LMV respectively of the assigned Business Unit
• Medium voltage technology - switching devices and switchgears incl.
• IEC, ANSI, CSA, UL, EN and where applicable national standards
• Content and work flow of development and type tests of medium voltage components and switchgears
• CAD system with main subject "Concurrent Engineering "
• SAP knowledge to technical basic data and project data"
• PLM System Team Center Unified, with process for new release, modification and release of SAP documents
• Requirements Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, similar or equivalent
• Typically up to 2 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
• Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
• English communication skills, writing, reading and technical conversation.

Communications
• Reporting line to R&D Manager, Designers, PM's and Finantial controlling.
• Open comunication and collaboration with diferent business manufacturing and engineering functions.
