• Lead the project turnover memorandum process to ensure complete integration of project assets into operations (records, actions and coordination of turnover requirements)
• Development of risk based operational integrity plans (plans dealing with the life cycle management of systems and equipment).
• Development of operating procedures that details system maintenance, considering regulatory, safety, commercial, maintenance cost, and equipment performance drivers.
• Development (cost, scoping, execution planning) of system improvement projects, including completing financial cost/benefit analysis, project scope and schedule, and stakeholder buy in.
• Technical execution of system improvement projects and oversight of engineering contractors.
• Prepare and review calculations, design documents, specifications, conceptual studies, designs, reports, and proposals
• Perform and direct equipment condition assessments, develop testing plans, perform equipment root cause failure analysis, and support
• Quality Assurance and Control of design drawings and documentation;
• Other tasks as required.
