Objective

Objective
Responsible for the Administration of Industrial Facilities Management (IFM) Activities of General Services Facilities, including projects control including OPEX and CAPEX budget complying to meet the department's goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for making Nemak safer day by day by providing support to your team and being a safety leader.
- Responsible for designing, developing, reviewing plans and technical drawings for construction and infrastructure of internal OPEX and CAPEX projects.
- Responsible for monitoring Civil Works activities for maintenance of internal and external roads of Nemak.
- Responsible for monitoring Mechanized Cleaning activities on interior and exterior plant roads.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling the department's monthly and annual budget.
- Responsible for Manpower in charge of fulfilling the functions of the department and monitoring activities.
- Responsible for monitoring the Industrial Facilities Management service to meet the department's objectives.
- Responsible for carrying out feasibility studies, generation of alternatives, economic analysis and selection of proposals for investment projects.
- Control and evaluate compliance with the functions and responsibilities of the Technical personnel under their charge.
- Implement and develop improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and costs of the department area.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
- Computer knowledge in Office and Autocad packaging, previous experience with project management software.
- Great analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good problem-solving skills
