• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to reach the organization's goals.
• Establish and maintain strong, long term relationship with clients.
• Identify business opportunities and negotiate contracts with the objective of maximising profit.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Present sales, income, and expenses reports.
• Participate in conflict resolution and attention to customer complains.
• Be updated on market trends and competitive challenges.
• Comply with policies and regulations of the company.

Perfil buscado

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Mechanical, Industrial, Automation Engineer or related field.
• Proven experience as Sr. Account Manager in industrial or automation sector.
• Experience in long sales cycles.
• Knowledge of automation and control systems.
• Knowledge in the chemical, petrochemical, mining and/or pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with all level clients.
• Solid knowledge in MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent teamwork abilities.
• Advanced English (verbal and written).
