We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Agile Lead

Principal Accountabilities

• Facilitating the team to self-organise, enabling continuous improvement of change and run activities, aligned to the product
• roadmap and customer expectations
• Responsible for the coaching and leadership responsibilities that enable Agile delivery, including facilitating team meetings such as
• retrospectives, reviews and planning events.
• Shield the team from interruptions during sprints to ensure that agile process doesn't impede team progress.

• Provides subject matter expertise on agile methods, frameworks, and how to tailor them for engineering teams that deliver
• technology solutions to meet business needs
• Educates employees at all levels, including senior management,, on Agile principles, providing them with tools for
• implementing Disciplined Agile in their own work.
• Provides training sessions and teach valuable skills that lead toward the organisation-wide adoption of Agile methodologies.
• Responsible for guiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement,
• catalysing organisational growth and answering questions.
• Provide hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams
• toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement
• Implements Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organisation.
• Endorses techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and
• innovation.
• Ensures adherence to Agile processes, demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts
