Partner with the bestOur internship will provide you with the opportunity to become familiar with a Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E). You'll participate in technically focused training, team meetings and work on projects and present your results. During your internship you will be supported by your manager who will ensure that you have a valuable learning experience.
As an Intern, you will be:
- Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset
- Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
- Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
- Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
- Pursuing your development through different best practices and projects inside the organization
- Able the learn and develop your soft skills in a professional environment, preparing you for the market or for our Entry Level positions after your internship
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you Should:
- Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related.
- Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
- Be in your in your 3rd of 4th year of degree studies and have the availability to stay in the internship for two years.
- Advanced English (Both oral and written)
- Have the legal right to work without restrictions (Have RFC identification)
- Teamwork skills.
- Time availability to complete full work schedule
- Be prepared to enrol yourself with different activities and projects, being owner of them and having an active voice to be part of the team and the company in a large scale

Quality InternshipAs Quality Intern in Baker Hughes you will work with QC & QA Team to ensure compliance with the customer requirements, guidelines described in international standards such as API 6A and ISO and conformity of standards defined by the Baker Hughes Quality System.
Main Activities - Support quality area for process improvement, assist in maintaining and auditing the quality system established by the QMS, ensuring compliance with established procedures, support trend analysis on quality issues, performance metrics, and personnel work life management, monitoring on time databooks closure & support QC Engineer on closing RCA actions.
- Support with the develop and apply tools for problem solving among multidisciplinary teams for the monitoring, improvement and control of serial production, seeking continuous improvement in processes and guaranteeing product quality; having as main objective, to exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications - Active Student from last semesters of college
- Studying Engineering career: Electronics, Industrial or related
- Soft skills: effective communication, teamwork, organized, creative. proactive.
