International 3PL logistics company focused on automotive industry clients is looking for an After Hours Operations Coordinator.

Services such as: Coordination and monitoring of land and air shipments. Escalation with client when a shipment marked with a pickup or delivery appointment has a deviation causing some delay (It will not arrive at its appointment and this triggers escalation to 1) call and notify the client and 2) send email and call potential new carrier options by modality)

Aim

Coordination and monitoring of land and air shipments.

Escalation by phone and mail when there are situations that result in collection or delivery outside the previously established time. 

Look for alternatives to recover shipments with carriers.

Keep the Argus online system updated hourly.

Receive information on Tracking shipments marked with Stars and as urgent, and also deliver the same information now updated to the Operations team the next day.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

* Report to Mexico operations management

* Coordinate and correctly track customer shipments in general.

•  Customer service 

* Deal and negotiation with carriers 

* Monitoring of customer needs on established routes and expedited services 

* Update and feed tracking reports and Argus System online every hour

Requirements:

* Schedule availability

* Career: International trade, administration, logistics or end. 

* Industry: Logistics 

* Advanced conversational English

Maturity to know how to work on your own objectives and know how to react to normal and escalating situations.

Schedule: 

Monday to Friday: 11:00pm to 8:00am

Rest: 2 days a week (Saturday and Sunday)
