HPE Education Transformation & Redesign
As a pivotal role within the organization, this manager will serve as the single point of accountability for assisting in the pursuit and delivery of customized learning solutions on a global scale.
This role requires a passionate and innovative leader committed to excellence in designing and delivering customized learning experiences, both standalone and as integral components of wider HPE solutions. This role leads a global team to help pursue and oversee the delivery of customized learning solutions to customers and other selected audiences.

This role requires a passionate and innovative leader committed to excellence in designing and delivering customized learning experiences, both standalone and as integral components of wider HPE solutions. This role leads a global team to help pursue and oversee the delivery of customized learning solutions to customers and other selected audiences.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following key activities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of customized learning projects, ensuring projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Serve as the focal point for customers during delivery, ensuring high satisfaction while proactively addressing needs through regular communication and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with Geo Pursuit, Sales and customers to design compelling, aligned learning solutions; develop proposals that effectively showcase the value of these solutions.
- Collaborate with the Education Portfolio team to develop, customize and maintain Learning Solution specific market relevant learning content.
- Ensure that learning solutions are effectively delivered and achieve intended learning outcomes.
- Oversee delivery operations for customized solutions, including managing profitability and compliance, while assigning/allocating team members and other resources as needed to meet project and organizational goals.
- Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 2 years' senior experience within a delivery organization in services industry.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and instilling values within an organization.
- Demonstrated success in managing or supporting large, complex projects as well as matrix organizations.
- Leadership or euivalent team management experience and ability to lead others to consensus.
- Superior planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills, including financial and global business acumen.
- Superior familiarity with learning content and delivery solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the learning and development field, along with a strong understanding of market trends and technologies, would be beneficial.
- Ability to drive innovation and create a multi stakeholder environment that supports a growth mindset to achieve new ideas and initiatives.
